We offer the possibility to process credit card payments via telephone for merchants interested in offering their clients the opportunity to pay for goods or services by phone.

eCard provides the software necessary for Call Centre consultants to accept payments by credit card. All transaction related information is given to the call centre operator, while credit card related data (card number, expiry date, CVV2/CVC2 code) can also be entered personally by the caller in an IVR system.

This particular service is of particular interest to clients that operate transactional call centres. It is also often used by clients in the processing of late payments as a part of their vindication procedure. Many organizations also use it as a means for accepting donations during charity events and calls for action.
